Ordering your portrait
Photographs
Photos need to be as clear and as sharp as possible.
The better the photo the better the finished painting will be.
Remember I dont know you pet, so I can only paint what I can see.
These can be sent via email, photos to be between 500Kb and 2MB (if possible)
or send by normal post.
Please supply photo you want painting PLUS if possible
any extra ones that show up other details,
ie, another photo may show the animals colour better, or its eye colour.
Or as one client did, a cutting of the dogs fur, as the colour
did not quite show up in the photo properly
Photos sent via normal mail will be returned undamaged
Backgrounds
All paintings have a plain or mottled background, in a neutral colour
If you would prefer a certain colour background please inform me.
I can do a detailed background but this does increase the price
Framing
Paintings are sold unframed but are supplied with a mount
I would suggest buying a frame the same size as the canvas size,
so you can just pop it in when it arrives,
and use a frame with glass.
Ordering and delivery

Payment
50% payment is required with your order, you can pay by any of the following:
1. Paypal (www.paypal.com) payment to jendeakin@aol.com
2. UK Cheque with cheque guarantee number on the back
made payable to 'Jennifer Deakin'
3. Bank Transfer
4. Cash. MUST be send at you own risk and by recorded delivery
Once the painting is completed, This will take between 2-6 weeks.
I will email/post you a photo of the finished portrait,
This is to check you are happy with it, and to alter anything if your not.
If you are happy, I then ask for the remainder of the payment,
on recept of this, your portrait will be posted to you
If you are not 100% happy then I will offer a full refund on your deposit

Paintings are posted '1st Class Recorded Delivery' and take around 3-7 days from Spain
If on receipt you are not happy, then please return within 7 days for a full refund
Paintings MUST be returned within 7 days, by Registered post
Though if you are happy , I will ask if you would leave a comment in my guest book
Should you need the painting for a certain date,
please inform me before ordering,
to check I can have it ready in time
Though this is not normally a problem
Gift Vouchers
If this portrait is for a gift, then I can send you a gift voucher,
for either the ''£'' 0r "€" amount
